FAQs
What if I won’t be home when you deliver my meal?
We recommend leaving a cooler where you’d like your meal delivered with an ice pack and we’ll place your meal inside.
If I’m not home to receive my delivery, how do I know when my meal has been delivered?
For all deliveries, we send a text to let you know once your meal has been dropped off.
What if I will be gone for one of my deliveries during my session?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit for missed weeks, but we’re happy to pay it forward on your behalf by delivering the meal to someone of your choice within Benton County. Advanced notice is appreciated so that we have the information needed for a successful delivery day.
How long will my food hold in the refrigerator?
Our meals are most delicious and intended to be eaten the same day they are delivered. If that’s not possible, or in the case of leftovers, we recommend refrigerating the food for a maximum of five days. We don’t use any preservatives, so our food is meant to be enjoyed right away.
Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions?
At this time we’re unable to make substitutions or customize our weekly meals. We understand how important dietary needs are so each week, we provide a complete ingredient list for your review.
