Each week features a unique selection of recipes, including meat or vegetarian (and often vegan-friendly!) soups. Details: 1 quart of homemade soup and 1 loaf of baked bread delivered once per week for a total of 6 weeks.

Options below including adding on an extra quart of soup or an extra loaf of bread each week for 6 weeks.

  • WEEK 1:Cuban Black Bean Soup with Smoked Ham (meat) or Cuban Black Bean (vegetarian): Rich, hearty, and comforting, our Cuban Black Bean Soup is slow-simmered with tender black beans, aromatic onions, garlic, and traditional spices.

  • WEEK 2: Zuppa Toscana (meat) or Yukon Gold potato and Squash Soup (vegetarian): Warm and comforting, our Yukon Gold Potato and Squash Soup blends buttery Yukon Gold potatoes with sweet, tender squash, slow-simmered with aromatic herbs. Our Zuppa Toscana version includes Yukon Gold potatoes and squash but is made with homemade chicken broth and includes Italian Sausage.

  • WEEK 3: Pancetta and Vegetable Minestrone (meat) or Vegetable Minestrone (vegetarian): Hearty and wholesome, our Minestrone Soup is brimming with tender vegetables, beans, and ancient Emmer farro simmered in a rich, savory broth.

  • WEEK 4: Chicken Tortilla Soup (meat) or Veggie Tortilla Soup (vegetarian): Bold and comforting, our Chicken Tortilla Soup features tender shredded chicken simmered in a savory, spiced broth with tomatoes, black beans, and aromatic seasonings.Our vegetarian option is made with a  savory, spiced vegetable broth with tomatoes, black beans, and aromatic seasonings. Topped with crispy tortilla strips, avocado, cotija, cilantro, and lime.
