  • Soup & Bread: 1 quart of soup & 1 loaf of bread per week for 6 weeks.

    WEEK 1: Mediterranean Chickpea Soup - This nutritious soup is filled with sweet potatoes, vegetables, and warm spices (vegetarian). The meat version has chicken breast and homemade chicken broth.

    WEEK 2: Potato Leek Soup - A creamy, rich, and flavorful soup made with homemade vegetable or chicken stock.

    WEEK 3: Lemon Vegetable Soup -  Fresh garden vegetables simmered in a zesty broth. (vegetarian). The meat version has additional roasted chicken.

    WEEK 4: Cream of Shiitake Soup - This rich umami flavored soup is full of Shiitake mushrooms and oven roasted carrots. (vegetarian)

    WEEK 5: Southern Smoked Sausage Gumbo with Black Eyed Peas - Deeply flavored and full of protein and vegetables, this soup is a complete meal.The vegetarian version is made without the meat.

    WEEK 6: Tuscan Farro Soup - From the NYT Cookbook, this soup is made with the ancient farro grain and full of fresh garden vegetables. (vegetarian). The meat version is made with homemade chicken stock.

  • WEEK 1: Souvlaki - Bite-sized marinated pork threaded onto skewers and grilled over an open flame. Served with tzatziki, naan, hummus, and Greek inspired slaw.

    WEEK 2: Korean Bulgogi Beef Stir Fry - Served over rice with a side of steamed greens.

    WEEK 3: Baby Back Ribs - Smoked low and slow on the grill. Served with Southern Baked Beans.

    WEEK 4: Honey Glazed Salmon - Wild-caught salmon baked and basted with local Oso honey  served over a wild rice blend.

    WEEK 5: Shannon's Kitchen Custom Pizza - These 14" pizzas are made using my recipe for the dough, cheese, and sauce. Topped with GTF veggies, pepperoni, coppa and olives.

    WEEK 6: Roasted Rack of Lamb - Oven roasted marinated rack of lamb served with potatoes and Greek dipping sauce.
